James Zammit, a graduate of Edinburgh Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration, made significant contributions to the automotive industry by pioneering the introduction of luxury second-hand vehicles to his island. He established Finance House p.l.c., a financial institution authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority, specialising in automobile and marine loans. Concurrently, he expanded into real estate, developing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties aimed at rental investment, capital appreciation, and resale.
Raisa graduated from the University of Malta in 2014 with a Masters in Accountancy. Following her graduation she started working with KPMG, whereby her main focus was the auditing of credit institutions.
In 2019 she joined Zammit Holdings as an accountant and today she holds the position of Group CFO and executive director. Raisa is also the secretary to the audit committee of Finance House Plc, a financial institution within the group.
Audrey-Anne Hughes, with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Malta and an accountancy qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, joined the Group in 2013. With over 10 years of experience, she serves as the chief finance officer of Zammit Estates. Her responsibilities include overseeing monthly management accounts, company valuations, corporate restructuring, cash flow forecasts, and financing. Audrey-Anne also implemented the Group’s ERP system and contributed to a successful private placement for Zammit Finance p.l.c. in 2015.
Ivan Cacciattolo, a graduate of University of Suffolk with a Master’s in Business Administration joined Finance House plc in 2022. His appointment follows a career in banking spanning over 27 years during which he has occupied various posts ranging between customer facing and back-office roles. Ivan has held managerial roles in the corporate section at different leading banks. Before joining Finance House plc., Ivan held the role of Senior Manager in Corporate Lending with one of Malta’s leading international banks.
Charles is a seasoned banker, having operated in the sector for close to 40 years during which he occupied several posts ranging from front office to trade finance, treasury, internal audit and credit. He held senior management roles in corporate credit for 20 years also occupying the roles of Chief Business Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He joined Agora Estates plc as Chief Operations Officer in 2019 and continued to enhance the operations, financial management and governance side of the property group. He also assisted the Board in Agora’s first public bond which was issued in 2024. Charles is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Karl has joined Finance House plc. in the beginning of 2022. His role is to co-ordinate daily activities, oversee and manage the financial activity of the company, and the preparation of reports presented at board level. Karl is a warranted Accountant, completing his ACCA degree with the Richard Clarke Academy. He has worked with a corporate service provider for more than 11 years handling a portfolio of international clients. Prior to joining Finance House plc., Karl has been in the Aviation industry working with a prominent international airline.
